2015 SNODGRASS FAMILY REUNION
JUNE 26 & 27

Please note - you will need a park sticker to enter the park. Stickers can be purchased at the entrance ($5/day, $25 annual, $12.50 for 2nd annual). Park maps are also available there.

Friday Night: 6:30 p.m. Wild Turkey Shelter - Hambergers, hot dogs & pot luck. The hamburgers, hot dogs, water, iced tea, lemonaide. plates, plastic ware, napkins and cups will be provided. - We ask that local Nebraskans please bring a side dish and/or dessert.

Tom will be the master chef cooking hamburgers and hot dogs. he did such a great job two years ago so we got him to do it again.

This is outdoors so don't forget to put on your bug spray. Lawn chairs might be a good idea also. Contact Denice if you have any questions about what to bring. (You may recall that the Wild Turkey Shelter is the same place we had the Friday night picnic last reunion.)

Saturday: We have use of the Red Oak/Cedar conference room in the Lodge all day, feel free to stop in and visit. There are also numerous opportunities around the park & area for fun, including swimming, horseback riding, paddle boating, miniature golf, etc.; the Strategic Air & Space Museum, Ashland, NE (an excellent museum) is next to the park and the Omaha Henry Doorly Zoo, Omaha, NE (one of the largest zoos in the US) is just a few miles away.

Saturday Evening: - 5:30 p.m. Red Oak/Cedar Conference Room in the Lodge. Catered meal of sandwiches, fruit, veggies, chips, finger foods, & desserts. Please note, we are not allowed to bring in food as all food must be provided by an approved caterer.

We need to plan food so please RSVP by June 12th.

To help us plan food, please let us know if you plan to attend the meals on either or both Friday or Saturday.

LODGING

For this reunion each person/family will need to make their own lodging reservations (cabin/lodge/campsite).

Reservations may be made by calling (402) 471-1414 (9 a.m. - 6 p.m. (CT) Monday through Friday or online. See the park reservations webpage for more info.

There are some motels within driving distance if you prefer. See the 2015 Links Page for links to some of them.
